We have made even more progress since the last news update. The 607 Center Street has been gutted everywhere except for the basement,which is going to be an extensive project in itself. The next step in the building process is going to be putting in new center beams. We need two new beams; one will be located in the basement and the other on the ceiling of the first floor. After we complete this task, we will move on to sub-flooring replacements. Let’s keep up the good work!

We had our Kick-Off Build today! Great Success! First of all, thank you to everyone who came and supported Habitat. We had an even bigger turn-out then we expected! Secondly, we made more progress than we thought! We have gutted the majority of the house. It took a lot of work to get all of the nasty insulation out, but we did it. Thanks again to all the volunteers that came out to support the homeowner, Trishawn.
